Refurbished Maroon leather spine. Original leather spine with gold lettering attached to refurbished spine. Hardbound book with brown leather corners. Shelf-wear to board edges. Green cloth soiled board with gold illustration on front board [Green embossed lettering inside of illustration]. Worn beveled board edge. 1.5" diameter hole in green cloth of back board, causing the brown leather board to be visible (refer to photo). New [refurbished] brown flyleaf, followed by modern white fly leaf.
 
Original pages with tight, firm binding. .25" closed tear on top of Main Title Page. Minor foxing. Soiled and stained pages. Three white foreign substance spots on page 193. Significant staining on pp. 294 & 295, 322-323, 354.
